Unlawful firing, and then they put down that I quit :D so I went to the labor board and said I didn't quit.... and the only documentation they had was that they fired me because I didn't sign shit and didn't provide a written notice I was leaving, etc because I didn't intend to. The labor board lost their shit when they realized that the only reason they fired me was because I was starting college, my college hours didn't conflict with my

current hours.... but they wanted to be able to change them willy nilly so they fired me, thats /totally fucking illegal/.  Again, the proof is on the business and unless they dot'd their I's and crossed all their T's, they don't have a leg to stand on.
