Voksa is an involved user of Spindizzy services, in ownership of multiple public areas and hosting events. They are also a user of FurNet services.
Voksa initially came into contact with Agris on Tailswish, through another federated network. Agris had voiced problems with federation that were occurring, and tried to communicate with Voksa about it. After a certain period, Voksa blocked further contact with Agris, without relaying such.
Agris continued to troubleshoot their connection to Voksa on other services such as FurNet after a long period of unusual silence.
Shortly after joining SpinDizzy, Agris noticed Voksa's presence and extended a "hello". Voksa began at that point to thoroughly banish Agris from all spaces they operate without so much as a word, and blocked all communication from Agris on the SpinDizzy network from reaching them.
Agris, immediately appealing to the staff upon realization of this treatment, was prevented from having any communication with Voksa whatsoever. Agris's appeal attempts were used as further impetus for continued banishment and blockage, despite that Ping made it abundantly clear that staff appeals were the only effective option available to Agris - one which was reused to assassinate Agris's character.
To put it plainly, the natural desire to not be unconditionally banished from areas of a network and assumption of good faith in terms of representation and discussion was used to assassinate Agris's character, portraying them as a 'harasser' and 'stalker', despite having actions taken and held directly against them throughout, where none could possibly be taken directly against Voksa, even in theory!
Being cut off from Voksa completely at the very onset, Agris had no real or theoretical leverage as an individual, whereas Voksa demonstrably exercised large amounts of leverage against Agris, to the point of not being able to be represented humanely to staff.
The initial discovery of this ban occurred on Christmas, and an event was scheduled for one of the blacklisted spaces - a grand new year's ceremony to which the entire network was invited.
Agris, due to the above banishment, was unable to attend, which stands as an intentional act of malice on Voksa's part. It also stands as intentionally malicious on the part of staff that they could not operate on or even admit this context in any communication, despite such events being public knowledge posted on a bulletin and advertised widely across the service.
Throughout these events, Voksa demonstrated that they are willing to use their moderator powers in their own areas, public or private, for the sake of blacklisting individuals without any recourse - even when doing so was directly against the AUP.
It should be noted that the information said to fuel Voksa's decision, being hosted on Tailswish, was no longer publically nor privately available, as all of Agris's data on that service was deleted by Azure.
Moderators on SpinDizzy upheld this decision despite the original data to support it being maliciously deleted, and despite that Voksa's areas remained clearly public before and after the banishment, even to guests who are completely new to SpinDizzy. It is worth noting that Azure is an administrator of Spindizzy, as well as the owner of Tailswish who erased Agris's online presence.
Voksa offered to Agris an option to send them an internal communication known as a 'page-mail'. This was an offer to break the silence, which Agris accepted.
Agris and I drafted a non-threatening apology statement that would also voice our concerns to the staff as well as Voksa. Despite having sent Voksa an apology for any acts and an assurance there would be no harassment or malicious conduct, no reply was ever made. Voksa did not keep their word.
Shortly after complying with Voksa's request, when asked if he read the page-mail, Ping immediately placed an undisclosed, silent suspension upon Agris without prior notice or the ability to discuss it. From all indications, it seems that Agris was suspended explicitly for doing what they were told.
The clear non-sequitur of allowing guests into one's spaces described as 'personal', into which Agris is 'forcing entry' by way of reasonable staff appeals establishes malice in Voksa's choice to oust Agris from these spaces and the staff in obliging, regardless of other circumstances. Malice on the staff's part is also shown through their suspension of Agris for accepting the sole offer for communication, one which was not held. It can be stated that Voksa's actions barred Agris from attending regular events intended for the whole community. The only circumstance where that would be appropriate would be one in which Agris is not a member of the community. However, guests retained these priveleges denied to Agris. Actions performed on Agris are actions which are not permissible to perform on strangers to the service.
It is correct to state that Agris had, at that point, less room access than guests on the service. This act by Voksa, fully supported by the administrators, was a form of unconditional punishment targeting Agris, one which abused and broke promises and the very AUP the service presents as a bond of trust. Only complete submission to punishment and a desire for indefinite self-punishment would be tolerated, and even then, no promises were ever offered nor kept regarding the reduction nor removal of such punishment. This is both on the part of Voksa as a user and owner of areas on the service, and the staff as moral arbitrators and administrators of the service.
Throughout the events, not a single direct communication was allowed betwen Voksa and Agris, nor did Voksa at any point break their silence.
