Austin is the owner and "Managing Editor" of SpinDizzy. He represents the voice of authority on SpinDizzy. However, due to the service disclaimer, there is no direct responsibility which legally follows that title. Nonetheless, SpinDizzy is, at least from a conjectural and practical sense, his responsibility. He is the one who writes e-mails representing the staff and passes absolute judgment.
E-Mails sent to the staff and Austin went without significant response beyond waiver of action or reply. After waiver of reply, e-mails sent engendered no further responses.
Austin used deceitful language and defamation of character directly in communication with Agris. Austin dictated Agris's goals to them, in contradiction to Agris's own statements and desires. Austin contradicted Agris's written apology by accusing said apology as an attempt at 'pestering' to 'get his way'.
Austin typed the formal ban notice in which Agris was toaded. This typed message did not reflect any of the previous information or material concerning such, using the communication Agris had revealing their suspension to a user, while under suspension, as evasion.
Austin described Agris's noncompliance as a breach of trust despite resorting to an indefinite, silent suspension without any formal declaration to remove Agris from the service, non-committal e-mail responses, and no remediation or discussion being offered at any time throughout.
Said suspension lasted without record or disclosure of its nature, even to Agris, for an entire month before the formal ban. No forthcoming communication could be achieved throughout the month concerning the ban, its timeframe, nor recourse available.
