Agris,
You connected to SpinDizzy this Sunday, the 30th of January 2022, around 3 am Pacific Time. You communicated this fact to more than one person on the muck.
You had been notified that you are banned from SpinDizzy, per e-mail sent by The Wizards (10 January 2022), and per pages as communicated by Ping. You were aware of the ban, a matter we know because (for example) in your e-mail of the 23rd you appeal the ban, and discuss your feelings on receiving the ban.
That you were appealing the ban is irrelevant. A ban is in effect until it expires either from the limit of its duration or a decision by those with authority to set the ban, ie, the wizards. Your ban was not limited in duration, as you note in your appeal. It had not been lifted by decision of the wizards.
You have been notified that connecting to SpinDizzy, even as a guest, while banned is a permanent banishment. This was communicated to you in a direct message on Mastodon sent by Austin the 5th of January 2022 at 8:08 pm Pacific Time. Austin stated to you that such a connection ``is a permanent banishment, as it marks too great a breach of trust''. You replied to that message and accepted a specific consequence of that, that you would have to chat with Austin on another muck, in this particular case FurToonia.
As you were aware of your suspension, aware of the consequences of connecting even as a guest while suspended, and connected as guest anyway, we must conclude that you wished to permanently breach that trust. You do not trust the administrators of the muck to administrate the muck. To remain on the muck, then, requires you to be in a community whose leadership you cannot believe is functional or well-intended. This is an unsustainable burden to put on your recreational time and energy. You are, accordingly, banned from SpinDizzy permanently and this is our final decision. We are not interested in discussing this further and we are not interested in the opinions of your friends regarding this.
Your characters are @toaded and will not be recreated on SpinDizzy. If you wish we can provide @archives of them so that you may recreate them on some other fuzzball-based muck.
We wish you happiness in your social endeavors that do not include SpinDizzy.
The Wizards
