Ping is an administrator on SpinDizzy, internally knwn as a "wizard" on the service. He was the one to respond to Agris's initial requests for assistance. Ping directly facilitated escalation of the situation to a publically concealed suspension.
By making decisions unilaterally in favor of one user over another, and justifying said conduct by dismissing the policies for fair treatment on the service in an autocratic and flippant manner, Ping has directly demonstrated abuse of his authority. Further, it appears to be accepted and common practice.
Throughout the events Ping demonizes Agris for both appealing to staff for help and communicating with other users about their situation, preventing Agris from seeking any remediative action or discussion without defamation of their character. This is a common theme throughout events on multiple services.
Ping's choice to suspend Agris in a concealed manner immediately followed a page-mail Agris had sent containing a written apology and an appeal to civil discussion and de-escalation, while still stating their concerns. This was done at Voksa's request and is a clear example of Agris coming to a reasonable compromise.
Ping is directly involved in Agris's silent, indefinite suspension from SpinDizzy. Ping uses language during this act to indicate Agris will never be allowed back onto the service, despite the suspension not being formal or publically disclosed. Ping actively engages in intentional witholding of vital information and communications in order to intimidate Agris into submission to an unconditional punishment.
To this date, Ping's advice to those excluded from public social functions on SpinDizzy is to submit entirely to the treatment, regardless of impetus or scope, and not perform any means of remediative discussion, as such would constitute 'ongoing harassment' of the instigating party. This applies to both public and private functions - the SpinDizzy AUP does not, in practice, apply.
Attempts to reason about said AUP or perform "rules-lawyering" in respect to fair discussion justify the above treatment in the eyes of SpinDizzy staff.
