Agris has had their personal information erased on three primary services, which largely make up their social presence on the internet. This erasure was then used as a planned instrument in assassinating Agris's character and removing them from these and many other services.
To meet their needs, Agris has set up their own services.
Agris has received multiple death threats and defamation on the services they host which appear to originate from these other services.
Agris's character has been formally and personally defamed by service administrators, and attempts have been made to intimidate, stalk and coerce Agris into inaction. Psychological manipulation was attempted and documented. The structure of the attacks indicate premeditation, and careful planning. The mechanism by which Agris was attacked is identical across all of the primary services, forming a consistent pattern of behavior.
Actions taken against Agris have been consistent, immoral, and pervasive. Agris's accounts have been completely denied access to their own data. This occurs against Agris's will and voiced desires to the administrators. Pleas have been denied, personal threats have been made and coercion has been applied. Circumstances in Agris's life have made them fear for their safety.
Circumstances include tire slashing, hit-and-runs, and signs of individuals present outside of their home. Some of these circumstances are surrounded by threats received online on Agris's own networks.
Agris's accounts have disappeared from public view and are for all intents and purposes wiped from existence. Services which Agris is contacted from remain actively monitored by the administration at the present time. Any communications Agris attempts across these services are under surveillance by the administration. Other users of these services who attempt or express the desire for communication with Agris are under similar surveillance and coercion.
Available data puts into question whether messages on these services are reaching their destination. Examples of messages from Agris being witheld by administrators and a desire to stifle and monitor Agris's communication have been demonstrated. Multiple users are exhibiting silent behavior when contacted, including some which have reached out to Agris initially.
These messages are not getting received by the intended parties. Administrators are acting as a middleman between private communications.
Examples of information deleted from Tailswish include collaborative stories, media, and active conversations with a large quantity of people. Similar data has been removed on other services, such as SpinDizzy.
The goal of this article is to quickly catch people up to speed and to get this kind of behavior to stop. People should not be abused like this, and the abusers should not be in a position to continue these practices. Events such as this impose a moral duty to preserve and restore just treatment and expose malicious behavior.

On Tailswish, 'mass reports', implications and assertions of guilt without reasonable appeal or discussion were used to banish Agris. Azure, alias Swishmaster, would go on to completely erase all of Agris's data and social presence from the service. [1] [2] [3]
Agris appealed to 'Swishmaster' about these decisions, but no recourse was offered and no changes to the decisions were made. [1] [2] [3]
After discovering that 'Swishmaster' was Azure's alias, Agris questioned Azure. Azure cut ties with Agris after that point. The abrupt, avoidant nature of the dissociation in contrast with the prior closeness of their friendship shocked and upset Agris. Further, Agris had been forcefully dissociated from the Fediverse and had all traces of their existence removed, making the dissociation reach well beyond Azure alone. [1] [2] [3]
Public acknowledgements of this act were not made. Agris was ordered by Azure not to communicate in any way to them. Azure, being the individual responsible for this act, prevented Agris from having a fair confrontation with them by any means. [1] [2] [3]
Actions Agris took to dispute and discuss the unreasonable behavior were then misconstrued as stalking and harassment on that basis. [1] [2] [3]
Attempts to communicate with Azure about Agris show Azure willing to defame Agris to others. No mention of Azure's actions affecting Agris's behavior are given in Azure's statements. [1] [2] [3]
On SpinDizzy, at Christmas, Agris discovered without being told that they had been banished by a user called Voksa from integral parts of the service. When appealing the decision with staff, Agris was told that the reasons were connected to Tailswish in some way, but that Agris had not done anything on SpinDizzy to warrant the action. [1] [2] [3]
Despite this, the administration upheld Voksa's decision and witheld any relevant detail beyond statements of opinion and defamatory remarks made by Voksa and staff. [1] [2] [3]
Agris discovered that Azure is a member of staff on SpinDizzy. Azure recuses themself, removing their responsibility from the dispute between Agris and Voksa. [1] [2] [3]
Azure, having completely erased Agris's social presence and being a prior close friend, holds a position of authority on Agris's character. [1] [2] [3]
By recusing themself, they relieve their responsibility as a staff member, and responsibility for the consequences of decisions made. [1] [2] [3]
Based on the defamation exhibited by them, if pressed about Agris, Azure would act as a malicious witness for their character, allowing Agris's character to be assassinated. Despite not being in a position of responsibility, Azure remains in a position of trust and authority throughout the events. It is likely that their opinion was solicited and prioritized by other staff members given their prior relationship. [1] [2] [3]
Staff gave Agris orders to cease asking for help and accept Voksa's actions at face value. Agris was not given any recourse nor guarantee concerning how they would or could be treated from this point forward. [1] [2] [3]
I am notified of the circumstances. After attempting to comply with Voksa's requests and remediate with my help, Agris was indefinitely suspended. No public record would be visible of their suspension from SpinDizzy, making it a silent permaban in effect. [1] [2] [3]
Agris appealed via e-mail over the course of a month. A confirmation that their message was received and that there were no guarantees of action were the only responses. I also submitted appeals, to similar effect. [1] [2] [3]
Desperate for a resolution, Agris connected to the service at the end of the month, revealing their identity and the fact of their banishment to another user. After doing this and further requesting that users be informed about the circumstances, Agris was kicked and their ban made public. [1] [2] [3]
The publication of the ban was set to expire in one month, and contained no language indicating the conditions or impetus for the ban. [1] [2] [3]
The message relied entirely on the trust of the community that the decision was correct, offering no insight into how it was made among staff. At no time was there an open discussion or communication with Agris about how to proceed. The received e-mail clearly demanded that Agris never return to the service nor contact the staff. [1] [2] [3]
After the ban was made public, Agris's characters and data were 'toaded'. Another user immediately began building in the zone Agris had previously inhabited and an unrelated public event was held there. This erased traces of Agris's presence from the service completely. Agris requested and received an archive of their character data. Further e-mails did not receive a response. [1] [2] [3]
Given the nature of SpinDizzy as a large service full of new areas to develop in, the choice of Agris's former plot in particular for an unrelated public event immediately after their banishment raises concern. [1] [2] [3]
Shortly after Agris's ban had gone public, an avid user of the SpinDizzy service, Chevesh, was declared unofficially dead. [1] [2] [3]
A long-standing member of the community, large areas of the service had content created by them and a strong relationship was visible between them and the staff. [1] [2] [3]
A short, curt message was placed regarding their passing and the zone they inhabited was similary demolished. The destruction of a long-standing community member's plot containing years of investment immediately after their unconfirmed death raises serious concern. [1] [2] [3]
In the ban bulletin created for Agris, set to expire for one month, the following line was written: [1]
"If you should encounter some new person being weirdly solicitous of information about Austin, Agris, Azure, Chevesh, Patashu, Ping, Psiby, Voksa, or about the conclusion of the Xedwa-56 plot, please contact a wizard if one is connected. ... You can send logs or concerns to me by page #mail, or e-mail me as austin@spindizzy.org. I am also available on Twitter, Mastodon, and the muck Discord, if those are more convenient for you."
Given that Chevesh is in the list of topics to police, no inquiries about Chevesh or their possible death could be made. This, the similar destruction of data and the inclusion of their name in Agris's ban bulletin forms a link between the two circumstances and their treatment. [1] [2] [3]
A long standing member's unconfirmed death and the banning of a recent member are being handled with deeply concerning similarity, including a gag on both topics mentioned in a banishment bulletin and destruction of the same types of data. [1] [2] [3]
On FurNet, abuse of total administrative authority enforced by the server operators led to Agris's banishment from serveral rooms and ultimately the FurNet services. Attempts to appeal were met with blatant defamation and denials. [1] [2] [3]
Appeals to the server operators and room admins were met with selective denial of the capacity to moderate and claims that the actions taken against Agris were the will of the server and rooms, respectively. Arguments about the morality of the actions were dismissed as naive and requiring unachievable effort to fix. [1] [2] [3]
TrueWolves, an admin on FurNet, was notable for constantly demeaning Agris throughout their appeal and using fallacies to justify their immoral treatment of Agris. They gratified themselves for offering an opportunity to Agris to communicate despite there not being any opportunity for recourse. Immediately after doing this, they demanded that Agris not communicate with them further. [1] [2] [3]
BlueJ, another admin on FurNet, after banning Agris, suggested to Agris that they appeal to another admin. However, the admin suggested, 'celery', was an alternate account of BlueJ. Agris's appeal was denied by 'celery' without any impetus or discussion, creating the illusion of moderator consensus. [1] [2] [3]
Azure, despite never engaging with Agris directly on FurNet, holds admin positions on FurNet, one of those positions being in the rooms Agris was banned from. Supplied logs display a conversation in which Agris is characterized as a stalker and harasser for entering a room that Azure administrates on FurNet, providing a link between Agris's treatment on FurNet and Azure. FurNet administration, when asked about Agris, characterize them as a 'twat' and anecdotally cite previous history. The anecdotes consist of Agris having been punished by administration on FurNet before, and condemn him to further punishment indefinitely as 'persona non grata'. [1] [2] [3]
On FurryMuck, Agris received a notice that he would be barred from interaction with Azure and vice versa. Agris has questioned this and further investigation is ongoing. [1] [2] [3]
On BigFurs, Agris noticed Azure suddenly appear after a long period of inactivity. Taking precaution to warn Xipher, an administrator of BigFurs, of the circumstances has resulted in Xipher opting to banish Agris without further notice or discussion. The banishment was confirmed via a banishment message on the BigFurs forum. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
Initially, Azure's recusal was taken at face value, however, repeated second-hand mention of their involvement in logs by staff, some of which are outlining rationale for Agris's punishment by staff provide a direct connection between Azure and Agris's punishment across services. Azure is, directly or indirectly, facilitating Agris's punishment and ostracism across services. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]
Some of Voksa's personal sites and services were taken down after these events, including some DNS record deletions. The implications of this and the way it was performed suggest that Voksa is taking great steps to avoid being personally identified. [1] [2] [3]
Despite the magnitude and the severity of the punishment Agris has received across online services, those responsible for taking action against Agris have gone out of their way not to document or state the actions they've taken for a public audience. This includes but is not limited to Azure, Austin, Ping, Voksa, Chiv, BlueJ, TrueWolves and Xipher. [1] [2] [3]
Due to this lack of transparency, many people are not aware that Agris has been punished without recourse or conditions for reversal. [1] [2] [3]
SpinDizzy, FurNet and Tailswish have all demonstrated similarities to a cult-like organization model. [1] [2] [3]
Communications with users of SpinDizzy have yielded multiple occasions where 'trust without question' in the staff has been emphatically declared. This trust, especially in this situation, has been strongly leveraged and expected from the SpinDizzy users. [1] [2] [3]
Tailswish is controlled entirely by Azure and at their whim, with no transparency or oversight beyond what they prescribe. Actions taken against Agris and potentially other users have not been disclosed by Azure and will likely remain undisclosed until they feel it beneficial for themselves to do so. [1] [2] [3]
FurNet takes perverse pride in their complete abandonment of responsibility for the content and moderation of their services. There is no expectation of user rights, no necessitated response to abuse and all control is vested solely in the moderator of the room and the whims of server operators. [1] [2] [3]
Due to these events, Agris has had difficulties that come with a pervasive feeling of social exclusion, making it challenging for them to maintain their daily life and work. This has been made worse by the decline of their local area, and their life quality consistently drops below acceptable levels. [1] [2] [3]
In order to increase their life quality and provide a foundation for them to pursue remedies to their situation, I have undertaken this article and related projects. [1] [2] [3]
Throughout this project I have been witness to physical events which may be linked to the online ostracism. [1] [2] [3]
Mail containing sensitive data has arrived open, property and vehicles have sustained damage and Agris has been tailed multiple times, once resulting in the destruction of his then-current vehicle in a hit-and-run. [1] [2] [3]
Whether or not these events are related is pending investigation, but they represent significant stresses on both of our lives compounded by the ostracism Agris is facing. [1] [2] [3]
Given the organization models of the services ostracizing Agris, it is not impossible that there are physical components of abuse present as well, whether solely in Agris's case or affecting other service users. This possibility and the following responsibility to uphold ethical treatment warrants an investigation regardless of Agris's specific circumstances. [1] [2] [3]
To get this abuse to stop, we are contacting various groups with the appropriate capabilities.
